Shipping and Returns

Domestic Delivery

The delivery of items which are in stock take approximately 5-7 working days, whilst items that are not in stock take approx. 14-21 working days (but we will keep you informed every step of the way).
All orders below €200.00 will have a delivery charge of €10.00, whilst orders above this will be Free.
Deliveries are fulfilled via An Post (with tracking)

International Delivery

Items that are in stock will take at least 5-7 working days, whilst items not in stock will take 14-21 working days.
Orders fulfilled by An Post (with tracking) which are under €200.00 will have a delivery charge, the price of this is dependent on shipping location, whilst all orders above this will be Free Delivery. Please see below for shipping charges.

Orders fulfilled by DHL under €500 will have a delivery charge, the price of this is dependent on shipping location. Please see below for shipping charges. The DHL deadline is 4pm to leave on that particular day.

International mail delivery times are estimated and subject to local postal operator delays and charges.

Store Collection

Free store collection is available on all items.
We are always here to help our customers. If you need to have your new spectacles fitted, adjusted or need advice on prescription lenses, feel free to visit the store or call us on +353 1 676 9452.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns with 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Spectacles and sunglasses are required to be in perfect original condition, unworn and unglazed. Contact lenses and accessories/eyedrops must be unopened and boxes unmarked.
Delivery charge will not be refunded. Return cost will be at the customer’s own expense.
Once accepted, refunds will usually take approx. 10 days to show up in your account.

Exchanges

We can offer an exchange service on items up to 28 days after the order purchase date. Items for exchange must be in perfect original condition. Exchanges can be performed for a different product of the same value. When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase. If you would like to make an exchange, please call our team at the store in Dublin on +353 1 676 9452.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 016769452 to do so. Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments to the item. Successful cancellations will be refunded within 10 working days.

Import Duty

In most cases, import duties and taxes are not applied when your parcel arrives, however please note that customers could be charged for some deliveries, once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
